Podcast: Cowgirl Cookies Recipe :]

This was my first time ever working with a podcast project! I can see that this is so useful to education. It really fits the description, the world is your classroom! You can basically record your own message and have anyone listen to it who can access it. This is a great way for things like online classes. I am a mac user, so I used garage band, the program to create my podcast. It was all very simple. The only part I had a problem with was converting my project to a podcast, so that I could upload it as a file in the resources tab. Great learning experience :]

Reflecting with a little rambling in the mix :]

Hi :] I'm katie.

I'm now a sophomore in college ... which feels a bit strange to finall express, but also accomplished! Although I don't always understand it, I love life and make the most of all of my experiences. I love God, family, friends; country music, the outdoors, sweet summertime, bonfires, photography, and showing livestock :] that's right .  I love to laugh, sing, dance, eat ice cream and keep life simple. How can if get any better. 

Creating this blog was pretty insightful. Like most things I set out to do, I wanted to really learn and experience it, and I've always wanted to create a blog so this was a great opportunity. It was all pretty self-explanatory, except for that literacy type test, either I can't read, or my eyes are just really tired haha :] Other than that I just had to finally choose only one lay out (which was a hard decission!) and find a name that wasn't already taken in the world of blogs. To others trying to create their blogs, I would just reccomend taking your time (which for some of you I know is a joke) but really do it! & make the most out of this opportunity to be creative and grow.
